PB Teen’s Colorful Fall Rug Sale

PB Teen has fabulous rugs for kids rooms. Not surprising, I know. I like them better than the rugs from Pottery Barn Baby, because the colors aren’t limited to pastels. More Playroom Rugs that Make Me Want to Play

A friend mentioned she was looking for a rug for her daughter’s bedroom, so that got me thinking about well-priced rugs. For our playroom, I would like to find something fun, but neutral enough to keep the room from getting busy. Our playroom is also my office, so I definitely won’t go too childish. And since, I can’t make up my mind about the wall color, maybe I’ll just start with a great rug.

Let’s look at some rugs from Shades of Light. I’ve never seen any in person, but they have an amazing selection of colorful, contemporary rugs.

The first rug that caught my eye is the Climbing Modern Vine Hooked Rug. It reminds me of Orla Kielys famous print, which I leeeerv. $498 for 5′ x 7′

Playroom Rugs that Make Me Want to Play

And speaking of rugs, there are so many affordable rugs that would be magnificent in a play room or nursery. We’re getting our playroom re-painted and the floors stained in a couple weeks and I’ve been daydreaming about buying a new rug. I haven’t decided on the color scheme yet, but I’ll probably have to go with something that matches our play kitchen. I’ll probably end up going neutral, but I know my girls would flip for these beauties!
